Ground Floor
Step through the hardwood front door into the hall.
Now enter either the living room or the snug.
The living room has a beautiful open fire and french windows on to the garden. For those in between times there is a TV and dvd with dvd library.
A small collection of books and games is provided in case of rain.
The snug is another beautiful sitting room with french windows on to the garden. There is a multifuel stove, TV and video with video library. The sofa converts to a double bed should eight guests wish to stay.

The kitchen/diner is fitted to a traditional cottage style. There is a dishwasher and a rayburn range provides central heating and cooking. A large pine table can comfortably seat eight.

To the front of the cottage double gates give access to the gravelled off street parking area with room for at least two cars.
An arch then leads into the garden. This has a lawned area and flower borders. A barbecue and garden furniture is provided for your enjoyment.

The main bedroom is a double and has views to Ragleth Hill. It has an en-suite consisting toilet, basin and shower.
The second bedroom also has beautiful views and is a lovely twin. A folding bed can be put up in this room for alternative sleeping if required.
The third bedroom is a comfortable double with views to the rear.
The bathroom has a newly fitted bath, toilet, and hand basin. A Gainsborough shower is fitted over the bath.
