Ground Floor
The hall is entered through a stable door to the front
and has room for hanging coats.
The living room is cosy with a log effect gas fire.
A backboiler powers the central heating and provides all the hot water you could want.
For those in between times there is a TV and video/dvd with video and dvd library.
A small collection of books and games is provided in case of rain.
The separate dining room is furnished to seat up to six for
dinner. It has an open fireplace and french doors leading out to the garden.

The main bedroom is a lovely double. It has beautiful double aspect views over Ludlow Castle and the surrounding countryside.
The second bedroom also has beautiful views over the Shropshire Hills and has twin beds.

Outside
The garden offers a peaceful retreat overlooking the surrounding countryside. It contains lawns,
flower borders and patios. A barbecue and garden furniture is provided for your enjoyment.

Off the small rear lobby:
The kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with an electric
cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washer/dryer.
The downstairs cloakroom contains a toilet and basin.
The garden room provides an excellent place for taking off muddy boots and wiping down wet dogs before entering the house.
